Supervisor - Phase Team Armament/Electrical

Assist the Maintenance Manager and Phase Maintenance Team Lead to accomplish aviation unit and intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all assigned aircraft weapons and armament systems. Will also be responsible for :- 1. Supervises and provides technical guidance to subordinate personnel performing maintenance on aircraft armament equipment during phase maintenance. 2. Evaluates maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and operational policies. 3. Ensures subordinates manage all forms and records in accordance with DA PAM 738-750 and related publications. 4. Performs maintenance trend analysis and applies production control, quality control, and other maintenance management principles to aircraft armament maintenance operations. 5. Instructs personnel and conducts technical training on aircraft armament maintenance, supply and safety techniques. 6. Evaluates the technical training program on host nation personnel. 7. Serves as the focal point for all parts, tools, shop stock and supply requisitions. 8. Maintains accountability for all tools and equipment assigned to section. 9. Keeps a current technical library in accordance with mission and equipment. 10. Assist’s team with assigned armament tasked including loading/unloading, inspections, services, and repairs. 11. May be assigned to fill in for respective Team Lead when Team Lead is absent. 12. Any other relevant duties assigned by management.

Qualification
• High school graduate or equivalent. • Completion of a formal armament training course from an accredited military or civilian aeronautical school.
Experience
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working as a supervisor and a total of 10 years of experience working with aircraft weapons loading/AME procedures preferably LGB’S, missiles, rocket pods, and associated AH-64 Apache Armament systems. • Required Skills: Thorough knowledge of common tools, special tools, hardware and equipment used in the maintenance of aircraft armament systems. Must be able to troubleshoot armament system malfunctions and interpret applicable technical data.
